EPCOT is multi-day event if you really want to absorb the experience.  There are two distinct areas in the world of  EPCOT, built around a lagoon with Future World in the front section of the park and World Showcase in the back.  Buy Discount Orlando Theme Park Tickets

At Future World, hop a time travel ride on Spaceship Earth located in the 180 foot-tall geosphere and learn about human communication - past, present, and future.  Look for Epcot's newest adventure Mission: Space, the latest interactive thrill experience that will have you dodging meteors & navigating nebula.  Ellen's Energy Adventure will take you on another time travel journey back to the age of dinosaurs.  The Circle of Life film roars with Lion King characters telling the story of how we interact with the environment.   Innoventions: The Road to Tomorrow demonstrates the incredible technology that will be shaping our future.  Cranium Command takes you into the mind and various body parts of a 12 year-old boy and  is hilarious and entertaining!    Living with the Land is an interesting hi-tech tour of the agricultural heartland and horticulture.  The Making of Me is a film describing how we are made - including footage on the developing fetus.   Get shrinked in Honey, I Shrunk the Audience - but beware of large mice!  Be a test driver on Test Track banking curves at 60 mph.  Food Rocks is fun music entertainment.

Situated around the lagoon in World Showcase, 11 countries showcase what they are famous for - food, music, entertainment, gardens, architecture,  literature, arts, crafts, lifestyle, and last, but not least - shopping.  Countries represented are Canada, The United Kingdom, France, Morocco, Japan, U.S.A., Italy, Germany, China, Norway and Mexico.   Check out the Wonders of China in a Circle-Vision 360 film presentation.  Board a boat at Maelstrom for an adventure-packed tour of Norway's stormy seas and the creatures that inhabit them.  Impressions de France is a five screen panoramic film honoring the beauty of France and is the next best thing to being there.  Schedule yourself an evening to witness IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth - a night time show with dazzling special effects lasers, and music.

There are a profuse number of restaurants and eateries at EPCOT.   The World Showcase  alone offers every kind of cuisine.  Here is the short list:

Biergarten: buffet-style German food and entertainment.
Bistro de Paris: French full service.
Coral Reef: 8 foot glass with undersea panorama.  Fine seafood.
Le Cellier Steakhouse: Chateau-styled Canadian steakhouse.
